Sandrine Holt (born Sandrine ho) was born on the 19th of November, 1972, in London. The daughter of Chinese parents and French mothers. At the age of five, her family moved from China to Canada. She was a Parisian catwalk-model before her first venture as an actress. In the 1991 film Black Robe, she made her debut in film as Annuka. The role she played in the film was nominated for her for the Genie Award (Canadian Oscar).
